• Enhanced Extrusion Structure: This production line series features reinforced extrusion structures designed for different processes and materials, capable of meeting process requirements such as color striping, color sheath, low-smoke halogen-free, and nylon sheath co-extrusion.
• Precision Extrusion Control: Precise extrusion process control with outer diameter tolerance within ±0.01mm.
• Flexible Auxiliary Equipment: Optional mobile horizontal extrusion auxiliary equipment or other forms of auxiliary machines to meet diverse process requirements including single-stripe injection, double-stripe injection, and nylon co-extrusion.
• Quick Color Change System: Optional quick color change system that allows color sheath changes without stopping production, reducing scrap rate and improving efficiency.
• Versatile Take-up Options: Depending on different process requirements, optional equipment includes computer-controlled automatic traverse winding machines, dual-axis automatic reel-changing take-up machines, standard dual-axis semi-automatic take-up machines, and simple coiling machines.
• Quality Control: Equipped with outer diameter detection and feedback devices for full-process control of product parameters including outer diameter and concentricity.
